Sunset and retirment for Jason my Jeweller

 The Sun is setting on another year and another part of the Sue-Ella Jewellery range.

The time has finally come to say good bye to my Jeweller Jason that has worked with me for over 7 years. The pressure of making the handmade jewellery with the time restraints he has, have become too much for him and yesterday he informed me he was retiring fully from the jewellery and would no longer be able to make any more jewellery for me.

This I totally understand as we have both been winding down what we do. Jason with a new career and me with my property investment and Airbnb business.

No more hand made pieces will be available or conversions of balls to hold ashes or hair 

I will still have the time to make and personalized bought in lockets and do the memory balls or Natural stones. I have a few memorial pieces I can buy in still however the range is small and no personalized handmade jewellery or engraving will be available. I will try and update my blog as much as I can to let you know what is no longer available and will copy and paste this link to inquiry emails when received so families understand.

We both wish you all the best for the Holiday Season and Safe New Year. We have loved helping you and will always remember each and every story and life that has touched our hearts.

Order time lines

Order Time Lines

 As most of you are aware I no longer do this jewellery full time and my jeweller has moved away and he no longer works full time making the jewellery either. 

We will always be here if anyone that needs up finds us however my focus in now on my property investment business with my husband something that is a lot easier on my heart.

For this reason and the fact that Jason (jeweller) has moved 2 hours away so Australia Post is heavy involved in mowing the jewellery around adding time we can no longer take orders with very specific date requirements or limitations. 

We are sorry but it is too stressful for us and for this reason we will not be taking any orders now that will be required by Christmas 

We do the orders as fast as we can. Some pieces may take a week yet some may take up to two or three or even four weeks depending on what it is.

The stress of having very specific dates is too much. 

Orders we take will take the time that they date and a very ruff estimated time will be given when inquires made and I do keep families updated as orders progress 

Freight is something now that does hold up the new way we do things

Letting a family down as a piece of jewellery can not be finished in time is not something we never want happen. We would prefer someone else helps you if time is of delivery is important to you.

These I buy in so are not part of my hand made range and are available to be ordered at any time, without  the two or three week make time

 

These I can get in and have on the way to you within 4 days if there is a delay on these for any reason I will let you know at time of ordering

Jason Moving a few hours away

 

 

Jason will be a few hours away now

 

 

 

 

Once again my jeweller due to family commitments is on the move and so is his workshop. As most of you that follow my work know both I and my jeweller no longer do this work full time. Over the years it has taken its toll on our hearts as we invest so much of ourselves into every piece we create. 

 

Sadly Jason is this time moving over 2 hours away from me and we will have to do a lot via email and  Australia post

 

We are still commuted to helping those that find us and need our help it will just take some time now to make your treasured jewellery

Orders that are currently placed will be completed however there will be many things we cannot work on until Mid Sept 2017

I will be making most of the fine silver fingerprint range, memory balls and personalising of lockets. Engraving will no longer be available unless been handmade by Jason as the cost of posting to and from him will be prohibitive just for engraving

All our jewellery is solid sterling silver or solid gold so ok to engrave at home by others. if you have concerns if our piece can be engraved then just ask

 

We wish Jason and his family all the best with this latest move we know it has been a difficult year and know this move is what is ultimately best for is family and I will miss my friend as well been so close and someone I would visit so often

Jeweller on the move again

My Jeweller is moving

Good bye 2016

Good bye from 2016

Its that time of year again where I say good bye and retreat with my hubby our dogs and friends to a very special place on a river. 

My heart always needs a rest from the jewellery as you know and this year has been no exception. 

This year has also brought me amazing news of miracle babies for some of the mum's I have helped over the years with the saddest of jewellery and now the most joyous celebration jewellery and I know of a few more miracles due next year and this truly makes me so happy

See you in 2017 I will be back mid January sometime and again only part time now as I continue to do less of my jewellery and work more with Mark in our property business.

Christmas cut off dates for orders 2016

As most of you would know I no longer dedicate myself full time to my jewellery.

I will always help those that find me and need me, it just takes a little longer now days that it use to 

With December and Christmas fast approaching the usual is happening. Australia Post is starting to get slower and my suppliers of items I buy in are starting to run out of stock and I have very limited time to work on any one off or personalize items 

Therefore I will be unable to process any jewellery required for Christmas after the 1st of December 2016. For orders outside Australia any one off or personalized items will not be able to be ordered now until 2017

Items I have in stock or that are easily ordered in that do not require fully personalizing for overseas an be ordered up until 1st December 2016 

For Australia in stock items can be ordered until 14th December 2016
